HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, 24th October, is not an ordinary day, because a very good friend is one year older. I wish I could be at home to say "happy birthday", but I suppose this is the next best thing. Sorry for the quality of the video and the dreadful voice, though. Cheap webcams have their disadvantages...

Unusually happy day!

I can not remember when was the last time I was this happy. This morning I was bursting with positive energy, and now I could say that I feel content and at peace. Maybe it's because the view from my window is fantastic,blue sky and all. Pretty unusual, considering this is London in the middle of October. It's freezing, though.
Apart from that, today I picked up my debit card from the bank, I got new headphones and I even managed to find a pair of boots for 10 pounds. Yes, I know I sound materialistic, and maybe I am, a little. I guess ticking off more that one thing from my "to do" list makes me feel accomplished...how dumb is that? Anyway, those are not the only reasons. I received several emails from my Spanish friends, and that made me ridiculously happy. Thank you!!! If I had started to write the 2.000 words essay I have to hand in next Wednesday, the world would be perfect...oh, well, one thing at a time. Tonight we've got a special dinner in the flat. One of my best friends here, Tracey(China)is 22 years old today, so let's partyyyy!!!

I'm back!

Hi everyone!
Se que no tengo perdon, que hace siglos que no escribo aqui, pero lo creais o no tengo algo parecido a una excusa, jeje. Hace casi una semana que no tengo internet en la residencia, asi que tengo que venir a la biblioteca a gorronearle la conexion a la Universidad. En este pais, todo va sobre ruedas hasta que tienes el minimo problema. Si pretendes que alguien te ayude, ya te puedes quedar sentado. Igual las cosas no son tan negativas como parecen, pero despues de estar esperando casi un mes para que me abrieran una cuenta en el banco, digamos que estoy un pelin quemada. Ahora mismo tengo quinientas cosas en la cabeza, asi que no estoy muy inspirada, pero cuando tenga un rato tranquilo, si es que eso existe, ya contare mi paseo por Candem Town y otras cosas, por si le interesan a alguien :) Hasta entonces, sed buenos! :)
